Welcome to my website.
I am a glass artist based near Lincoln and my work is made mostly from waste glass that would often be thrown into landfill sites. I incorporate colour, form, and imagery to create pieces with a continuing story whilst ensuring that each item is as unique as its origins.
Glass has a special quality when it transmits, transforms and holds light through colour and texture. Old glass has a particular magic of its own when used to create new, contemporary items.
Examples of my work can be found on the gallery pages, please contact me if you have any queries about them as they may have sold or be available in galleries. Although I don't have a shop on this site I sell many items at events and in various galleries, details of which can be found on the Events page.
Information about new work can be found on my Facebook page too.
*Please note that my work is for decorative purposes and, although the bowls and platters are food safe for room temperature things such as fruit, nuts etc, they are not recommended for hot or very cold items as may cause thermal shock and crazing. Any cleaning should be done with a damp cloth or duster and items should not be put in a dishwasher as I can't guarantee the outcome.
